Priya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the esteemed National Institute of Design in Ahmedabad. She has specialised in Ceramic and Glass. Complementing her design prowess, she earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wollongong in Australia.
Priya's pedagogical approach is deeply rooted in her epistemological perspective toward teaching design. She recognizes that design is not merely a subject, but a mindset that fosters a unique way of thinking. Through her teaching, she strives to instil in her students a profound understanding of design as a dynamic process that encompasses divergent, convergent, critical, and creative thinking. By fostering an atmosphere where students are encouraged to think critically, analyse alternatives, and explore multiple perspectives, Priya enables them to develop a holistic toolkit for tackling complex challenges.
